Arrived and fitted, only to discover it leaked, contacted customer service, sent a photo of where it was leaking. Replacement Waterbutt on way. “Never knew could be so pleased about getting water butts, ( one part was missing- No water). Seriously it has been worth the wait, and once we were able to order, it has been a fast efficient service. Obviously you have no control over the delivery agents, they confirmed they had the order, and you confirmed the agreed date for delivery. The agents stated they would confirm the date and time slot, we are still waiting to have that, obviously the delivery has been made, but that was the only hick up. Just hoping we will have rain in the near future to make the best use of them this summer. Good quality as previously, that is now 5 of this size we have.”
