“The first water butt arrived swiftly and went together easily. However, it soon began to leak from around the tap. On closer inspection, it was obvious that the thread had not been cut properly leaving an uneven thread. Water butts direct replaced the faulty item very quickly with one correctly made and ... no leaks. They have also arranged to take back the otherwise useless leaky water butt. I hope it will be recycled rather than sent to land-fill, but I'll never know.”

“Although I have given it 5*, this does work as well as the last water butt which was iinstalled by the builders when they were making new parts of the house but the gardener installed this one and it does not work at all so I am presuming he did something wrong, Did not install the tap right. I can hear there is water in the butt but no way of getting it via the tap.”

“Had one of these already but needed more. Site said awaiting re-stocking, but delivery was nevertheless quite timely. Unfortunately there were no diverter kits, but on reporting this omission they were sent separately and promptly. Happy.”
