“Your product is a load of rubbish the base is a bad design it should be one piece not three.the diverter was broken I had to buy another one the lid doesn't fit properly so all in all it's not very good marks out of 10 are 1 I will never do business with you again. “Very pleased with the water butt, stand and converter. So easy to install when also including a new down pipe. Delivery on time but surprised to it came in a huge box and thought it was a washing machine delivered to my address by mistake. But then it would roll all over the place during transport if otherwise.”
