“Need to replace an aging waterbutt behind our shed, as it was leaking and took a little too much space in a corner. came across this company on line, read reviews, took some measurements, & watch the utube video on diverter/filter. ordered on a Thursday , delivery stated 3-5 days, item arrived following weds. possible could have done with a confirmation email telling me item had been dispatched. Fitted about an hour after arriving. Appears to be working, but as we now have had no rain for 2 weeks difficult to tell yet.”
