“Had a major issue as the Hole Saw supplied to drill hole in downpipe was faulty. The Grub screw that is used to secure the centre guide drill would not screw fully in to hold the centre drill. So totally useless. I was lucky I found a friend who had the right size holesaw which I could borrow. Also the instructions by being diagramatic are not very clear especially as we in the UK use smaller diameter downpipes than those in Germany. The method of securing the flange to downpipe is also not clear so have had to think sideways to secure.”

“Once fitted, seems to be operating well. The printed instructions, however, could be improved. Spent 30 minutes or so between the printed instructions and the QR code web link (not helpful) but figured it out in the end.”
