Not satisfied that product is working correctly as bottom valve is stuck is and I only have a very low fountain height. Having had this pump before I know it should bee higher. I could not go through the effort of unwiring it to return it and i will have to accept it as it is but I will not be buying anything else sadly”
“Initially very pleased as it worked well. But then I had to clean the filter tank and and must have adjusted the settings as the fountain worked but the filter tank did not receive any water. On dismantling the tank I broke the brittle connection( it was over ten years old), and had to adapt the fittings, which still did not work. I switched it off overnight and restarted it the next day. I then thought I had reduce the flow some how and played about, when suddenly it worked. Now I know what I am doing it works a treat.”
“Water Garden recommended a separate fountain pump. They also sized it so that the spray falls within the pond. Although I have tied the pump to a stack of bricks I am still having to adjust the jet to keep it vertical - I am confident I can resolve this”
