“I've struggled to find a watch strap that fits comfortably since buying my Christopher Ward C65 Trident a few months ago. My main issue was that my wrist changes size a fair amount throughout the day, meaning that I rarely get a good fit with conventional holed straps. I tried the leather strap that came with the watch (which was great while I was in the honeymoon period of owning the watch), and about three different NATO straps, all of which had the same issue of being between holes most of the day.
This strap is nothing short of a miracle. I actually want to wear my watch all the time now, rather than take it off due to poor fitting. Can't fault the quality one bit. Securing it takes a bit of a knack but it's much easier after a bit of experience.
Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who can't quite get the right size from conventional straps. I maybe wouldn't buy it for a cheaper watch, but for the CW (£740) the price is fine at just under 10% of the watch value.”
Thank you so much for your detailed review. The MN strap looks the business on your Christopher Ward! So glad you shared that one with us.
You're absolutely right, the buckle does take a bit of getting used to but the more frequently you wear it, the easier it becomes.
“Love this strap. Supremely comfortable and very high quality. Very much worth the relatively expensive price in my opinion. Looks fantastic with my Tudor BB58. More recently I purchased another Erika’s Originals straps for my Bremont U2.”
