“The item itself was alright, you get what you paid for. The shopping was not. Instead of the 5-10 days as advertised, it took 15 working days to reach me. Sure, WatchObsession does not control shipping times, but it does have an obligation to accurately state shipping times to manage customer expectations. You can’t always be pushing the blame to others and saying that things are outside of your control when you’re the ones choosing shipping options to provide. Also, a customer service member told me that I should be cool with the delay since I’m a repeat customer and know what to expect since it’s the second time I’m purchasing from the WatchObsession. Guess what? The first time around was a present I received, this time was actually the first time I bought goods for myself from WatchObsession and it will be my last. I don’t even want to go into how two members of the staff from WatchObsession gave me entirely different answers to a question I had, it’s a mess.”
