“I hate to leave a bad review for this website because I had a pleasant experience before. I spent 250$ on 3 straps because I like the selections. However, even after a month, I haven't received my straps, and I haven't gotten any meaningful help other than generically saying that the order has been dispatched and "safe" with the courier.”
