The service is amazing. After participating in Stoptober, I did the full month, I drunkenly decided I wanted a leather strap for my watch. I went with the James on the deployment clasp.
My first mistake was putting the delivery address in wrong. Realising my cock up I sent two drunken emails the same night. The next morning a reply from Gary to confirm the right address and it was had sorted.
The strap arrived and I realised my next mistake, I'd ordered the small but needed the long. Another email to Gary and again it was sorted without any bother.

“This rubber backed Hirsch "James" strap is very comfy, stylish and thus far water resistant though I am not sure to put it in the Diver class would be suitable, but the odd swim is fine. Like the back ventilation so much that I now have two of them and swap from stainless to them as the weather dictates with my two best watches.I can recommend this and will see how they handle an Australian summer of sun and water before I give Hirsch "James" the final thumbs up.”
