I have the very same strap in orange but somehow this motorsport one feels much more pliable and comfortable on wrist, while still maintaining enough rigidity for heavier steel watches.
It's light enough not to throw the bioceramic Omega Moonswatch off-balance but hefty enough to support the much heavier steel Seiko Prospex Speedtimer.”
