Once again, our sincere apologies on behalf of APC for the damaged first item that was delivered. Although you selected and paid for standard 2-5 day delivery, this was sent as express next day.
A replacement was dispatched for next working day delivery (still within your 2-5 days). Unfortunately, you were not home. We appreciate you advising that you were home, but the driver's GPS and photo proof have him at your door; we're sorry you missed them.
The driver only gets paid once the delivery is completed or cancelled, so delivering is in their best interest.
We are unsure why the delivery was not completed, but note that it was arranged again for the next day with instructions for the driver to call your mobile if they did not get an answer from your door.
