“Never arrived!!! After 3 months I attempted to contact Wallfillers. This proved very, very difficult to do (phone, email, on-line form) despite following the instructions on the website. Eventually I had a response (two in fact), but they were very difficult and attempted to filibuster the process and refused to refund me. I had to contact my credit card company to get satisfaction and a full refund. In addition, staff were extremely rude. Clearly no customer service! I wanted to support a company during covid, but I suspect Wallfillers are not interested in providing a service. I will NEVER purchase from this company again.”

We asked for further information that you refused to give, you then contacted us after three months (Though why anyone would wait this long is beyond us!)

We are pleased we did not dispatch & adhered to the warning as we believe we would currently be out of pocket to the tune of £260.87
