“I am pleased with my canvas, it is exactly what I was expecting. However, I was dissapointed with the delivery service. The appointed courier provided tracking that I followed but they did not deliver to me but attempted to deliver to wrong address. My address including postcode is not difficult to find. When I chased this immediately after the wrong delivery attempt I did not feel the customer service was that good and there was some confusion as to when I would actually receive with conflicting information. I did eventually receive a day or two later .”

Having looked into this, it would seem the bad customer service you received was from the courier direct, and we apologise if that was the case.
You did contact us once regarding when your order was being despatched, & having looked into this correspondence, we can see a courteous and polite reply was advised with all your courier and tracking details.
Your order was actually upgraded from the 3-4 Free delivery to an express overnight; so we too are sorry you did not receive the next day, as you were initially informed by the courier.
