We are a little concerned when you advise some of the colour came off?
The colour cannot just come off, as this is printed into the material.
It will only come off if it is rubbed or scrubbed excessively, or it can run if a damp or wet cloth is used on it.
We are of course sorry for your disappointment, but can only assume that this must have scuffed or caught on something when hanging.
