“Mouldy food in a sealed bag freshly opened. Poor customer service and won't be ordering again. Lack of care over the mould and lack of reassurance over the quality and checks carried out on site.”

I'm sorry that you are unhappy with the level of customer service but we take any such issues seriously and to imply a lack of care is simply not the case.
We acted promptly on receipt of your email, replied, and sent you replacement food which was delivered next day.
Your problem is also being investigated internally.
