Fussy eater. After trying various expensive kibbles will now eat this as treats as well as dinner!

Can't rate any higher as fussy eater would only eat it for 3 weeks!

Interestingly kibble is smaller in size so it fits well into interactive toys.

Mouldy food in a sealed bag freshly opened. Poor customer service and won't be ordering again. Lack of care over the mould and lack of reassurance over the quality and checks carried out on site.

Hi Nicole I'm sorry that you are unhappy with the level of customer service but we take any such issues seriously and to imply a lack of care is simply not the case. We acted promptly on receipt of your email, replied, and sent you replacement food which was delivered next day. Your problem is also being investigated internally. Regards Richard

Early days but so far so good my dog seems to really enjoy his new food and it seems nutrionally better for him.

A great food and the idea of what it is trying to be is fantastic. I like the cold pressed and additional nutrients but was disappointed to see Chicken Oil included as I was hoping it would be a hypoallergenic food, as my dog is allergic to everything chicken related. Also, if I am being picky, I like to know exactly which fish is going in, which it doesn’t tell you.

Hi Rosie Thanks for your order. With regard to chicken oil a true allergic response to a food eaten by a pet is thankfully very rare, however it does occur. The antigens causing the allergic reaction are nearly always proteins, and sources from milk, soya, wheat, beef, egg, pork, chicken, and yeast have all been found to be triggers. As it is primarily the protein fraction of the antigen causing the allergy issue, the fats and oils used in pet food no matter of their origin do not carry antigen proteins. We've got more info on our website abouts ingredients here: https://www.walkeranddrake.com/blogs/ingredients Our Ocean Fish cold pressed food contains 90% ocean caught salmon and 10% white fish, that's about as free range as you can get! Many thanks
