“My complaints and concerns have been ignored. I am unhappy with the quality of the ingredients. I have not continued to feed my dog W&D. I now have a whole pack and a very slightly used pack that I have no idea what to do with. I am shocked by the lack of customer "care".”

As I explained in my email you placed an order which was dispatched same day by DPD, at that point it is on it's way to you. Then you changed your mind.
In addition your concern over our ingredients is your own view, we have full confidence in the quality and provenance of our ingredients are we are proud of our products. 1000's of dogs can't be wrong!
As a gesture of goodwill we have refunded your order and I asked that you return the unopened bag and we will refund the postage on that as well.
I'm sure you will have a local rescue centre that would be more than happy to accept the opened bag?
“I like the idea that it isn't cooked to death like normal kibble and my dog is in the fussy category when it comes to eating. I put some in a sieve and give it a quick rinse with warm water, this seems to soften it a little bit and my dog gobbles it up, so happy days.”
