“Hi had this as wanted best for my dog just noticed it looks like the duck one which is the one I've opened is going off it looks like its got mold growing on it im worried about feeding it now I'll post some pics can you advise me on what you think is wrong with it I paid a lot of money and didn't expect this or maybe its normal. We're sorry you had a problem with your food.
I'm trust you have stored it correctly (NOT in an airtight container and out of light, away from heat) but we have seen a summer with very high humidity this year. As an extra measure we have installed additional moisture metering in our production line.
