I find the coupon you send out a bit disappointing as if purchasing three bags at once you get free postage but with the coupon it takes you under the free p&p amount which is more expensive than the money off! Couldn’t use it last time despite making what I felt was a substantial purchase.”

We'd like to offer free delivery for every order but the cost of using a decent next day door to door delivery service like DPD is not something we can absorb all the time. The standard DPD charge including fuel tax and VAT is more than the £5.95 we charge for smaller orders. We discussed a lot (!) where to put the cut off as we knew that there would always be the odd customer who didn't feel a win win.
There are also now some tasty offerings to take you just over the threshhold for free delivery as well! Try some of our treats, they are only £2.50 a bag.
