EMPI shifter, this is a Hurst style shifter with a trigger reverse lockout, it reduces travel by up to 40%. Replacement gear knobs must have a recess to accommodate the trigger sleeve.A shift plate is not required.Fits both left and right hand drive vehicles.

“Leicht zu montierender Schalthebel. Macht was er soll, war erst skeptisch wegen der Schaltwegverkürzung. Aber das funktioniert so ganz gut. Haptik und Optik ebenfalls gut, ein Punkt Abzug gibt es wegen der etwas spackeligen Ausgleichsrahmen.”

“Seems to work very well. First I have put on a bus. Fitted loads to Beetles. Certainly works better than the stick I took out. How long will it last? As my bus only does 300 miles a year probably forever.”
