“Delivery took longer than expected but, given the part involved, that was acceptable. The pump appears to be very well made and is good value, so this aspect is totally satisfactory. What was not satisfactory was the difficulty in communicating with the business. Initial enquiry via the web chat, was fielded by AI - two simple questions. The automatic system went into a loop, repeatedly asked the same question of me and failed to produce an answer. Requests for a live human to contact me failed. After an email, a response was received after 24 or so hours. It asked be to repeat my questions again. A concise and accurate answer then followed but the whole process of asking two simple questions took a day or two as a result of the inability to speak to someone over the phone. I have several 'classic' cars and buy many hundreds of pounds of spares a year. This rates as the worst customer service I have ever received. Pity, as the quality and value of the item appears very good.”
