“The doors are very good, however I am very disapointed with the Blinds though. They were fitted on 4th June the fitter broke 2 of the clips and advised that he would order replacements, I rang him back later the same day as one of the strings had come out of the bottom housing and I noticed that one of the 3 blinds has been fitted in a different position to the other 2, he assured me that he would resolve the issues, however I have rang him twice now and am still waiting for him to rrturn to repair and reposition the blind fitted in the different position, J would hace been liked to give a better ratjng but I'm sure you can understand my frustration. I will contact Thomas Sanderson tk get this resolved”

Thank you for your review, we are very disappointed to hear of your experience, this is not the service our customers should receive and we will get this sorted for you. Ideally, you should have contacted us directly and not the blind fitter because as a Vufold customer we should and would have resolved this issue on your behalf.
