“Very satisfied with finished look quality of doors is excellent. Work well as doors fold flat against wall. Liaison between sales and delivery very good and advice from sales team before purchase very helpful.”

“Sales person Shane was excellent when we visited the showroom to view the product and even would not take our order there and then as he said there was going to be a sale very shortly and would advise us when it was due. This he did and we saved 10% on the cost. There was not a white set of doors in the showroom to see. Delivery was very fast as advertised. When the doors were fitted it was seen that the edges and chamfers to the glazing were not finished to the same standard as the face of the doors which let the overall effect of the doors down. There was a set of hinges and a flush bolt not required in the hardware pack. For the white finished doors, I would have liked to see white seals supplied instead of the black ones. The doors have certainly reduced the heat loss and sound reduction between our lounge and conservatory.”

Whilst we are very grateful to you for leaving a number of positive comments in your feedback, we are sorry and disappointed to hear that you did experience an issue which led to you leaving a 2-star review. Having checked our records, we cannot see any previous communications where you have reported any quality issues to us, the only communication we can find is an email from yourself reporting damage to one of the doors which we believed to have been caused during the handling and / or installation process. You also stated in your email 'other than this we are very pleased with the doors', so we are a little confused as to why you didn't report any other issues until leaving this review. Looking at the new images supplied, we would agree that in one of the photos the paint quality is not as we would expect, however the second image shows the visible wood grain on the edge of the door, which is to be expected with a timber product. We are more than happy to discuss this further with you and offer you a resolution. Thank you for raising a concern over the additional hardware supplied; the hinge pack you received accommodates both 3 and 4 door configurations, so you are correct in that you should have received a couple of additional parts that were not required - apologies for any confusion. We do appreciate your positive comments regarding the service you received, and we are also pleased to hear that the doors have had a positive impact on your property in terms of a heat loss reduction and added sound proofing. “So very pleased with this purchase, great quality and so easy to fit, look great and have been admired by out friend, fitting instructions straight forward and the box with the parts set out so well, I have never see anything like this and good quality, including the dill bits and spanner. A great product thank you”
