“I personally think the doors are of good quality , the instructions are poor, a key part of hanging the hinged door and using the metal template was missed as it wasn’t featured in the numbering of the instructions, I purchased the three door no bottom track model and it is a little flimsy in all honesty , I didn’t have enough head height to go for the preferred top and bottom tracks ! That said the middle door should have in my opinion an extra top and bottom slide bolt or at least the option to add the facility on your order ! The doors look great and fold back very well , great service pre sales ! I reckon the doors could be improved with a little thought and feedback ( not whinging) the delivery company were useless and rude ! The purpose of the review is to enable prospective purchasers the chance to see honest feedback which I hope I have achieved! Doors are good quality and I would score 8 out of 10 .”

Dear Mr Jones, Thank you for your valued feedback and we are pleased to hear you are happy with the quality of your doors. Thank you for bringing all of your points to our attention and we are sorry to hear you have not been fully happy with some aspects of the product and service received. After investigating further, we are a little confused by your comments relating to the hanging of the hinged door and the metal template. The template is listed on page 3 of the contents list and page 6, where points 2a and 2b details how to use the template. We further detail how to hang the hinged door on page 10, point 13b and page 12, points 16 – 20. Applying extra bolts to the doors may spoil the overall look of the door set and the current hardware set up is designed to allow for smooth operation, however, an extra bolt can be provided if required. Under normal operation the trackless doors sets offer good stability, having a bottom track does increase the stability however opting for no bottom track; you can achieve a seamless floor. It is very disappointing to hear of your feedback relating to the delivery company, we have a long-standing relationship with them and have experienced very few issues and/or negative feedback in the past. Based on your comments it is difficult to understand what happened during delivery for such feedback and we are keen to investigate this further, it is not acceptable for us to read you have had a poor delivery service. Overall we are glad to hear you think the doors look great and that you are pleased with how they operate.
