“Had bi fold doors before without bottom track always coming off top rail but this time I have gone for bottom track more sturdy and locks better.”

Hi Stephen, Thank you for your 5-star review and we are pleased to hear you are happy with the operation of your doors. Having a bottom track does provide more stability, however it is not possible for our internal bifold doors without a track to be pulled off the top rail as the wheels run inside a lipped / enclosed track, apologies to hear you have had issues with a previous supplier. “Whole process from ordering to delivery was a excellent journey. Helpful and informative sales and support team helped me navigate what would have been a daunting prospect ( I'm not a natural DIY person) measuring up etc.... The fitters commented on the high quality of the door, frame and mechanisms. Fantastic value for money, I won't hesitate using them again (rare statement from me as I usually say about various suppliers/trades 'I won't use them again" and proceed telling others steer clear!”
