“One of the door panels was badly damaged, 6 inch scrapes on the paintwork which occurred before shrink wrapping and shipping. A replacement was sent, however I had to recycle the damaged door myself as it does't fit in a bin. Removed the glass, cut up the door and took it to my local recycling centre. The fitted door and blinds are working very well with no problems at all. The initial damaged door should never have been sent out which is why I haven't given 5 stars”

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear one of the doors arrived damaged. Reviewing the case and image you kindly provided, the door is showing signs careless handling most likely it has been dropped. This is evidenced by cracks in the door/ finish, the joint appears to have been disturbed and the beading is loose, and would explain why the packaging was undisturbed. The damage was reported one month after delivery, and although it is hard to establish when the damage may have been caused due to the length of time passed, we agreed to replace the door as a gesture of good will. Had the disposal of the damaged door been an issue we could have instructed our courier to collect it, apologies. I am pleased to hear the doors are now fully installed and working well, if we can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.
