“The door is perfect..HOWEVER, we should have been advised that one needs a professional carpenter to install the hinges, handles and locks. It took a day and a half and still the door does not close tightly......for the price of the door, we would have expected at minimum, cut-outs or templates for the installation process We purchased two doors, and require 3 more, but we feel we need to find another supplier that at least provides templates. Richard”

Hi Richard, Thank you for rating the Ultimate Stockholm front door as 'perfect'! You are correct in what you say, our wooden front door range is designed to be installed by a professional. We do state this on our website, however, we appreciate the feedback, and we will look to make this more prominent. Unlike our bifold door range which is supplied ready to assemble with all the hardware included, it is optional if you purchase our front door hardware which comes with full fitting instructions or prefer to source your own, therefore it is not possible to supply the door with cut-outs. If you are still having any difficulties with the operation of your door, please contact a member of our customer service team who will assist you further.
