“Looks good. The supplied locks and key covers could be a better standard. The frame is a one size fits all so need to ensure you know what you are doing as it may need to be cut down. My builder recommended not cutting in to the door for the letter box. Would definitely be better if it could be priced in a way that the door furniture was already fitted and the door prehung to the frame.”

Hi Gary, Thank you for your kind feedback and it's great to hear how pleased you are with the overall look. The Ultimate door range is designed to be installed by a joiner or a competent person with the necessary joinery skills. Yes, you are correct; the frame is designed to fit our largest size door so will require cutting on-site. The doors have also been designed to allow for easy fitting of a letterbox. Unlike our ready-to-assemble bifold door range, due to the various options available including different door sizes, sidelight configurations and hardware options, it is not possible to supply the doors/frame pre-machined. We are however in the process of launching a composite door range which does give you that flexibility. Many thanks Vufold

“It looked all nice on the website Once got delivered I wasn’t given a chance to look at it the squares around the glass not all the same frame of the door not perfectly level inside handle missing I feel like an idiot that I let this get out of my hands I would never recommend this company and it was expensive too over 1k for only standard cheap looking door”

If you had contacted us before installing the product and raised and evidenced the issue, we would have replaced the door for you under the warranty. The handles are optional extras and you can select to have a double or single handle before checking out. We have many happy customers who report back how pleased they are with our products and services, however, we are sorry to hear you would not recommend us based on your experience.
