“Doors shake and rattle when being closed, ironmongery rattles and glass shakes making the doors feel like poor quality. There is a gap in the beading with a draught blowing through, i am still waiting for a replacement bead. Also ordered the blinds but can't fit them until the new bead arrives. The doors are difficult to install and heavy to handle.”

Dear Gregory, We are sorry that your experience has led you to leave this review, especially as we have already visited your property to carry out an initial inspection and highlighted issues to you caused by your installer. As you have now reported these issues as resolved, we are due to visit your property to carry out a further inspection of your doors and replace the glazing bead for you.
