“The product is good quality although we don’t like the handles so much (maybe just our preference). The instructions however need some work - some misunderstandings have cost us in time, stress and money. I would recommend checking beforehand if you have someone who is willing to install them. We found local joiners/fitters reluctant to fit an unfamiliar product. This was hugely problematic. So in essence, think carefully before buying these doors. Make sure you understand the risks of supply only.”

However, we are very sorry to hear that you experienced problems fitting your Vufold doors and an additional window. We know that you have had problems finding a builder or carpenter to fit your doors and as we said previously, thousands of our customers have had no issues finding a competent builder to install the doors and many have installed them on their own. “Very pleased with the service from start top finish. Multiple discussions with the staff at Vufold prior to purchasing - knowledgable staff and quick to respond via email and phone. Great quality doors both inside and out (oak veneer inside and white powder coated aluminium outside). Installed by ourselves (2 people - DIY) - did take all day but good quality instructions to help with the process.”

“The door quality is excellent but I’m having a problem locking the door very hard to lift before turning the key in fact my wife cannot lift the handle so cannot lock the door wondered if someone could help me to solve this problem .l look forward to hearing from you. Regards Keith Jones”
