“Generally satisfied but... 1. However the door is now sticking 1 month in. Occasionally very badly. I am not aware of how to adjust the door. Please help 2. Also I was expecting to hear about the availability of blinds to fit on the doors... I was told this was happening soon but to has all gone quiet. Please advise.”

Sorry to hear of the issue, having checked our records we cannot see that you have previously brought this to our attention. So we can assist, we will arrange for a member of our aftercare team to contact you today. With regards to your blind query; they have been made available for some of our internal and external ranges, however, they are not currently available for your door set. The sales team will contact you as soon as we have a date when we can start taking blind orders for Status doors. Kind regards

“Easy to fit look beautiful and work perfectly. Had to ask for some more hinge packers and these were sent overnight with no quibbles. Would recommend to anyone.”

“We've had our bi-folds in for 2 years and had no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend these doors! Also, customer service was amazing when we had to push for an earlier delivery”

“Good product but bad customer relations. Client had an issue which was dealt with appallingly by Vuflod. As a builder I cannot recommend these doors to my clients anymore due to customer service/sales”
