“From the very first enquiry to the Sales team and Aftercare service the whole process has been very smooth and easy. Any phone calls or email questions I had were answered straight away. The bi-folds were in stock; they were dispatched immediately and delivered promptly. The fitting instructions were clear and easy to follow. I am very happy with the end result now installed in our home extension and would definitely recommend and use Vufold again. Darren (Jersey CI)”

“Beautiful doors, well made. Strong and elegant in design. The mechanism is so smooth and easy to use. I bought these for a new kitchen/balcony in my first floor flat and I'm delighted with our doors. Highly recommended.”

Hi Luke, We are sorry to hear that your experience has prompted you to leave this negative review. Our aftersales service is taken very seriously and is a vital part of our business. To receive feedback in your tone is extremely disappointing. Based on your feedback we have reviewed all communication and how everything was handled for you from start to finish. We believe that you have left this review because of a return order that we received back from you in a damaged condition, and therefore we had to make a deduction from your refund, however, you have since requested the deduction to also be refunded. There were visible damages to most of the frame components, and it also looked like it had been previously assembled. The frame was not returned to us in the condition it was received by you in, and we could not send it out to another customer; this was the reason a deduction was made from your refund. You also accused us of taking pictures of somebody else’s doors – we can assure you we do not operate this way and had no reason to do this. We offered you the option to come and view and collect your frame in person. Also, there were glue marks on one of the doors, however, we were able to carefully clean this off for you rather than making a further deduction. Despite this, we also deducted a minimal amount for the damaged frame to try and assist. We do feel we did all we could to assist you and we are sorry if our handling of your return did not meet your expectation. Kind regards Creative Doors
