Thank you for your review. If you are struggling to adjust the doors, please contact a member of the aftercare team so we can assist you further. The height of the doors can be easily adjusted with the turn of an allen key, and the width is adjusted with the turn of a screwdriver. You can also see an example of how to adjust the doors on our installation video. Kind regards Vufold

“Was undecided whether to replace existing patio doors or go bi=fold. Great decision for the latter and they look so good. Because they are part of a new extension the builder fitted them. He remarked that the instructions were clear and easy to follow. He thought the quality was also very good. Great quality at a great price.”

“In general we are very happy,, small mark on top of one door, paint chipped off. Some very very misleading instructions , wow I was shocked how bad. Some fitting sub standard for the blinds like the bottom pegs. But we like them. My wife sent me this to fill in. Screw covers in frame are a waste of time, do not stay and they fall out and is a hazard for small children or animals to get hold of and swallow !!! A couple of fixings could have been prepared the right handed way to save confusion. Wrong amount of screws in packs, very misleading. The worst point is the instructions are really bad.”

Thank you your review. We are pleased to hear you are generally happy with the doors and that you also like the blinds. Having checked our records we cannot see any previous communication relating to the issues you have raised in your review, and we are sorry to hear of your experience. We do get regular positive comments relating to the assembly instructions, however we will happily review them again to see what improvements can be made. The blinds are supplied with plastic colour matched grommets that are designed to cover the brass bushes at the bottom, if the cord securing knot is not pushed all the way through the bush then this can affect the final fitting of the grommets. This should be easily rectified by taking some tension off the blind cord and then pushing the knot further through the bush, which will then allow for the grommets to locate correctly. The screw covers supplied are for use on the Torx headed frame fixings screws, it sounds like you have potentially used the Pozi headed wood screws, in this case a different cover cap will be required. We are sorry to hear there was some confusion during the installation and also for any incorrect screw quantities. Thank you again for taking the time to submit your feedback.
