“The website was well organized very clear about what still needs to be done (payment flight information and insurance etc.). Pre departure contained every information needed sufficient knowledge delivered. I enjoyed my placement very much because I grew very fond of the kids. Sometime working days were exhausting. The highlight of my volunteering trip was children 's. Day at humayun's tomb as well as traveling through North India. The accommodation was fine. Meals were adequate. The staff was very friendly and helpful tried to help whenever they could. I would recommend this organization to anyone. Thank you for the Wi-Fi. Thank you for an invaluable experience.”

“Being my tenth trip to India I was very much looking forward to the programme. I felt from the moment we arrived we were looked after very well. The Delhi team were attentive and most helpful. Dr Bobby and Armit in Palpampur again were attentive and most helpful. In our final week which was touring we were fortunate to have Parag with us for the week. His knowledge was brilliant and engagement with the 8 of us was excellent. He read the group extremely well arranging for Sema to be our guide in Jaipur. Such a lovely lady and her history and knowledge of Jaipur was fabulous. Loved both projects different in their own way. The experience was incredibly humbling and I am grateful to have been part of the experience. So important for us to see first hand just where the money is going. Highlights - probably too many to mention. Everyday was different and with it a more interesting experience. The overnight bus and the train journey whilst long I'm so very pleased to have done them.”

“It was a lovely program in a beautiful mountainous peaceful and friendly area which made the experience all the nicer! Program coordinators were helpful and the program was interesting and educational. I enjoyed working there and got many opportunities to learn more and experience a new way doing things. The highlights of my projects were location and scenery food medical experience the time to just relax.”

“What areas did you like about our website? The &#39 My Account&#39 section was very helpful and the layout was very easy to navigate. How did you find the pre departure booklet given to you and the service of the staff in regards to answering your questions and helping you prepare? All of my emails were answered really quickly which was great ! The pre departure booklet was very informative maybe a little too much information ! But very helpful. Did you enjoy working at your project / placement? Yes - very much ! Met some wonderful people and the centers I was at were really impressive. Feel very privileged to have been part of it. Accommodation and meals It was amazing to have air conditioning in the accommodation. I have very much enjoyed the food here. Coordinator Fantastic - Very helpful and I felt very supported. What was the highlight of your volunteering experience and your trip? Working with street children. Also meeting some incredible people here. Loved the trips with them ! Would you recommend this program and our organization to others? yes/no YES!”

“What areas did you like about our website? The personalized login page.It was very helpful as it showed all details relevant to me and made it easy to edit any details. How did you find the pre departure booklet given to you and the service of the staff in regards to answering your questions and helping you prepare? The booklet was very in depth and gave good and useful information on the project. Nearly all of the questions I had were answered by the booklet. eg. Contact details of the coordinators and working hours. Did you enjoy working at your project / placement? Yes it was a fulfilling experience to teach children. Very enjoyable. Accommodation and meals The accommodation was very clean safe and spacious. The host family provided a very warm and welcoming environment to stay in. The meals were very tasty and it was nice to see that the cook was willing to change what he makes according to volunteers tastes. Coordinator Both the coordinators Bobby and Amit were a pleasure to spend time with. They were very accommodating flexible and helped to tailor an experience that was unforgettable ! Many Many thanks !! What was the highlight of your volunteering experience and your trip? To spend time with and play with the children and to see how enthusiastic they were to learn. Also the weekend trekking trip was a nice break. Would you recommend this program and our organization to others? yes/no YES. Volunteering Solutions has impressed me with the level of organization and professionalism. All queries were answered promptly while I was preparing for the trip and once I was here I was kept well informed about any trips planned.”

I emailed a lot before the start of the program and the staff were very kind and helpful to me. They quickly replied to my emails. Did you enjoy working at your project / placement? Yes I always enjoyed my work at the project. The teachers and the kids were very nice. I have learned a lot from them. Accommodation and meals Good. Accommodation was always clean and meals were nice. What was the highlight of your volunteering experience and your trip? Everything was good. The accommodation during weekend trip was good. I have learnt a lot about India&#39 s history in my trip. Would you recommend this program and our organization to others? yes/no YES ! Any comments and suggestions Thank you for everything. “What areas did you like about our website? Home Page How did you find the pre departure booklet given to you and the service of the staff in regards to answering your questions and helping you prepare? Both pre departure booklet and the service of the staff were really helpful from me. Did you enjoy working at your project / placement? Yes I did. Those kids were really cute and friendly. I had a really good experience because of them. Accommodation and meals I like the accommodation especially because the WiFi connection was available. Coordinator All staff of Volunteering Solutions were really kind. What was the highlight of your volunteering experience and your trip? Generally the volunteering activity became really good experience for me. This is because since I came here as a volunteer I was able to see the reality of India. It was honestly to some extent shocking but also impressive. Would you recommend this program and our organization to others? yes/no Yes. Any comments and suggestions Thanks you for everything during I was staying because of this summer program I had very good time. Thank you so much.”

“How did you find the pre departure booklet given to you and the service of the staff in regards to answering your questions and helping you prepare? The Pre departure booklet is good. Answering of emails was great. A bit more info about the placements would be helpful. Did you enjoy working at your project / placement? My placement was amazing and I will never forget the lovely kids in the placements. Accommodation and meals Accommodation has been great and everything needed is provided. The meals are lovely too but a change of dinner sometimes would be good as well. Coordinator and Staff Everyone at Volunteering Solutions has been very helpful and we have especially enjoyed the guidance of Yogen our programs coordinator. What was the highlight of your volunteering experience and your trip? Playing and sharing love with the children is the true highlight of the trip. The Jaipur trip was amazing too. Would you recommend this program and our organization to others? yes/no Yes. Definitely it has been an experience I will never forget.”
