“What areas did you like about our website? The website content is excellent it provides full details about the programs. And also it is very easy to navigate. Did you enjoy working at your project / placement? I did enjoy working at the day care. Accommodation and meals It was great people hosting us were very nice and very humble family they provided us with all the necessities and the food was good. Coordinator Amazing coordinator. He was with us all the way. Very helpful and cooperative. Would you recommend this program and our organization to others? yes/no YES!!”

“What areas did you like about our website? I really liked how we had our personal profile where we could see all of our important information. It was also very easy to navigate around and find what I was searching for. How did you find the pre departure booklet given to you and the service of the staff in regards to answering your questions and helping you prepare? The booklet was very helpful and helped me to prepare for the trip by knowing about the culture and being prepared for what I was going to be seeing here and what I should bring. Did you enjoy working at your project / placement? Yes! I loved working with the kids they were great. The staff was also very helpful especially Sana. Accommodation and meals Accommodation was a lot better than I was expecting it was nice to have all that we did. Meals were great. I often felt I couldn&#39 t eat a-lot because I didn&#39 t want to eat the others food. Coordinator Very kind and very helpful. gave wonderful suggestions always willing to help out. It was great to have them at our placement because they could translate to the children. What was the highlight of your volunteering experience and your trip? The highlight of my volunteering experience was playing with the kids teaching them having them teach me I loved being with them. Highlight of my trip was seeing the Akshardham temple it was so amazing. Would you recommend this program and our organization to others? yes/no Yes. Any comments and suggestions Thank you Rajiv and Priya for putting in all this work effort to accommodate us. My stay here was great. I couldn&#39 t have asked for a better time. Thank You!!”

“What areas did you like about our website? The information included about the local area and the pictures of past volunteers experiences. How did you find the pre departure booklet given to you and the service of the staff in regards to answering your questions and helping you prepare? Really helpful. Did you enjoy working at your project / placement? Yes the kids were really cute and teachers really welcoming. Accommodation and meals Accommodation was really comfortable homely and the meals were really good. Coordinator Bobby and Amit were absolutely hilarious so funny and genuine. Really willing to help and makes the experience worth while. What was the highlight of your volunteering experience and your trip? Trekking trip amazing views were really enjoyable. Meeting other volunteers.”

“What areas did you like about our website? I found it easy to get the orientation on the website. My own account where I was able to look up the status of the booking is what I liked the most. How did you find the pre departure booklet given to you and the service of the staff in regards to answering your questions and helping you prepare? The booklet was very helpful concerning the preparation of my trip. The recommended literature too was really helpful. Did you enjoy working at your project / placement? I enjoyed it a lot! Although it makes me sad to see that children have to live in these conditions they never fail to make you smile. They all are so ambitious and loveable. Accommodation and meals The accommodation was good Priya&#39 s meals were delicious. Coordinator Everyone was really nice and whenever I had a question there was someone to answer it. What was the highlight of your volunteering experience and your trip? Highlight#1: - Walking up the tower of Jama Masjid and seeing loads of kids flying their kites on the rooftops of Delhi. Highlight#2: - Hearing the children at the shelter sing to Yogen&#39 s guitar and seeing the joy in their faces. Would you recommend this program and our organization to others? yes/no Yes it&#39 s a great way to explore a different culture and at the same time volunteer in a community in need.”

“What areas did you like about our website? Every area as far as I remember. How did you find the pre departure booklet given to you and the service of the staff in regards to answering your questions and helping you prepare? The whole booklet gave me very accurate and useful information! It was also enjoyable to read. I always get the feedback email from your staff very quickly - great efficiency. Did you enjoy working at your project / placement? Yes! Both children and the workers of the shelter were nice and easy to cooperate with. I have a feeling that we (Volunteer) contributed somehow to their lives and they do to our. Accommodation and meals Everything was very good :) Coordinator I appreciated your care of us and the understanding if something went a bit out of the schedule. What was the highlight of your volunteering experience and your trip? I think that 2 weeks spent on the project was a perfect time for us and children not to get used to each other too much and do some sensible work. Just keep on doing your good work :) Would you recommend this program and our organization to others? yes/no YES.”

“Please comment on Orientation and Hindi Language classes. It was very useful to learn Hindi and very interesting to learn about Indian costumes. It was one of the best parts of this program. What you have to say about Food/Welcome Dinner/Accommodation? Everything is better than expected. Food is delicious welcome dinner is amazing and accommodation more than sufficient. Sharing the room is perfect to get confident with other volunteers. How was your experience visiting the different historical sites and places of interest in Delhi? it has been the perfect way to visit Delhi as we can go by car and in a week you get to know the most important places of Delhi. What you have to say about Coordinator/Staff? They were very Kind correct and I have no complaints about them. Would you recommend this program and our organization to others? Yes it is really worth it. I highly recommend it to everyone. Experience of Taj Mahal trip One of the best trip of the Orientation week. The trip until the monument is very comfortable because of the booked cars. Then being with an already booked guide is perfect to learn the basic knowledge about the mausoleum. The food is more than perfect as we are able to have breakfast and then lunch with typical Indian food. I really enjoyed to &quot Hire&quot a photographer that made us such an amazing photos in front of the Taj Mahal. I really recommend this experience.”

“What areas did you like about our website? David: - Good Pictures Good Information. Easy to follow. Sue: - Good Pictures. Easy to follow. Sara: - Good Pictures. Very easy to follow - easy to see the difference How did you find the pre departure booklet given to you and the service of the staff in regards to answering your questions and helping you prepare? David: - Good you can add more information on temperature and clothing. Sue: - Very Helpful. Sara: - Helpful prepared us for our experience. Did you enjoy working at your project / placement? David: - Very much. Sue: - Yes especially the children. Sara: - very much absolutely LOVED working with the children. The staff helped us be more useful towards the kids. They were great Accommodation and meals David: - I enjoyed the meals a-lot Accommodations were great Rajiv and Priya are very nice hosts. Sue: - Very accommodating. Although I am not a big fan of India food my husband enjoyed a lot. Sara: - Extremely accommodating towards our needs. Coordinator David: - All very helpful and nice. Sue: - Rajiv was nice. Sara: - Very helpful. What was the highlight of your volunteering experience and your trip? David: - The children at the project then smiling faces every day. Sue: - Experiencing a very different culture. We take much for granted in USA and the conditions the children endure makes us more conscious of what we have. Sara: - Working with/meeting the children. Would you recommend this program and our organization to others? yes/no David: - Yes I think it is most worth while and a great program. Sue: - Yes of-course. Sara: - Yes. Any comments and suggestions David: - It was a very good experience for us . I would do it again. Sue: - None. Sara: - Great experience.”

“What areas did you like about our website? The volunteer community and the fact that we all had our own account. How did you find the pre departure booklet given to you and the service of the staff in regards to answering your questions and helping you prepare? It was very helpful. It had all the information I needed. Did you enjoy working at your project / placement? Yes it was really nice to play with the kids. They are all so cute and eager to learn. Accommodation and meals I had to get used to the Indian food at first but Priya is a really good cook. Coordinator It was nice to have someone to answer your questions. What was the highlight of your volunteering experience and your trip? Putting a smile on the faces of kids. And also the trip to Taj Mahal and meeting other volunteers. I met some really nice people. Would you recommend this program and our organization to others? yes/no Yes.”
