“I like the VS website as there is lots of information available on all of the programs which your offer. I also really like the &quot My Account&quot section. It is very personalized and has lots of reminders. The pre departure booklet is a great idea. I found it very useful with a lot of handy tips. Sahil was very efficient in answering any queries that I put forward. Thank You! I very much enjoyed my placement. I think it is in an ideal location and the local staff was very helpful. It was very important for me to pass on our experience of placement to Rajiv. I would like to see this project being a success and I wish I had more time to spend there. I also thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Dharamsala and to the Taj Mahal. Our accommodation was very comfortable meals were very enjoyable. I was very happy with our accommodation. Rajiv was very helpful very knowledgeable about the local area. It was very easy to learn about India from Rajiv. I would certainly recommend this program I really enjoyed our 2 weeks in Delhi with Volunteering Solutions.”

“I liked everything about the website. Its holds all the information you need and more and it&#39 s also easy to find the information you&#39 re looking for. The information booklet like the website had all the information I needed. I had a lot of questions before coming to India so I sent a lot of e-mails to VS. I was impressed that they always replied my e-mails within just a few hours!! The fact they answered my questions so fast made me a lot more relaxed about choosing VS and going to India. I Absolutely loved my program placement! I wouldn&#39 t give back my 7 weeks with the street children for anything! I had no problem getting to and from work and I felt comfortable in the center with the children and the people who worked there. I do feel like my time was appreciated maybe because I stayed a little bit longer than just a couple of weeks. I fell completely in love with the children and also grew close friends with local staff at the center. They do such a great job with the kids. One of the saddest things I&#39 ve ever done was leaving them behind and since I come home not a day goes by where I don&#39 t think about them. I will keep them with me in my heart forever. The highlight was All the love the kids were able to give me and every morning when I arrived at the center and the kids shouted &quot Good morning Anine Diddi!!&quot Rajiv for me was a great coordinator and host. Whenever I needed something Rajiv and Priya were happy to help. They would answer all my questions and give me tips on where to go and what to do. Yogen was also very eager to entertain and help out the volunteers. We were offered clean and comfortable accommodation at Rajiv&#39 s. At first I was skeptical to sharing a room with so many other volunteers but it worked out fine and I made some friends for life. Food is good. I think it is good that they serve Indian food. I would surely Recommend Volunteering Solutions to friends and family.”

“The description of each program the photos and step by step process of programs is what I liked about website. The pre departure information was excellent. I loved the program. The kids and the staff at the kids center were very friendly. The highlight was experiencing new culture which is different from my own country. First volunteering experience and first experience of working with children. It gave me the understand that I want to help/teach children in the future and make a change in the world. The coordinators were very helpful and friendly. Accommodation and meals were nice. No complaints. Yes I will surely recommend Volunteering Solutions to anyone who wants to volunteer abroad.”

“The programs on the website were classified by country and were easy to find and choose from. The pre-departure booklet was useful and contained all the information which was needed. Staff was also very helpful and prompt in their responses. I not only enjoyed my program placement a lot but can also say that have learned and understood myself during my volunteer work. The main highlight of my volunteer experience and my trip is work with street children that was very exciting interesting and educational. I realized that there is someone in the world who really need help more than I had thought. The visit to Akshardham temple was fascinating as well. The coordinator and staff were very helpful knowledgeable and professional. The accommodation was convenient and comfortable. Meals were good tasty and healthy. Yes I would surely recommend Volunteering Solutions to people.”

“The pre departure booklet was very helpful. It was overall a very very good experience. We learned a lot about the way of life in India and about the education of the children. All children were very nice and open minded. The staff were very nice and helped us whenever we had questions or problems. The accommodation we stayed at was very nice and it was very good that we stayed directly at the project. The meals we got were very good. We always felt safe in the project all the time. I would surely recommend Volunteering Solutions to my friends and family as it is a very good organization to volunteer with.”

“The pre departure booklet was very helpful. The children home was a great peaceful place the staff was very nice and helpful and the kids are well educated and wonderful. It s a really good place to volunteer because everybody cares about you and wants you to be happy. It was a real good experience and I learned a lot about India and their people. The accommodation we stayed in was directly in the project which was very good. The itself was good everything was there what you need (western standard toilets too). The meals were good very good We got different Indian dishes and always enjoyed food. We always felt safe at the project and were always near the children. I would surely recommend Volunteering Solutions to my friends and family as it is a very good organization to volunteer with.”

“What areas did you like about our website? The clear presentation of the different countries and program that were offered. That made it easier for me to decide what country to volunteer in and the program that fit my needs and qualifications. How did you find the pre departure booklet given to you and the service of the staff in regards to answering your questions and helping you prepare? The pre departure packet was very helpful in helping me prepare and gave me a brief idea of what I am going to do and what the country is like. Did you enjoy working at your project / placement? I enjoyed working with my project and the people that I worked with were wonderful. Accommodation and meals The host family was hospitable. The place was comfortable and spacious. The food was good. Coordinator The coordinator was helpful and detailed. What was the highlight of your volunteering experience and your trip? Experiencing the country the people the culture and overall the volunteering experience. Would you recommend this program and our organization to others? yes/no Yes. Any comments and suggestions Overall the program was well organized and the volunteering work was a good experience for medical students.”

How did you find the pre departure booklet given to you and the service of the staff in regards to answering your questions and helping you prepare? Very good. I sent emails few times and got response very quickly with answers I was looking for. Did you enjoy working at your project / placement? I enjoyed the placement very much. Accommodation and meals There is nothing to complain. I really liked Indian food I had there. What was the highlight of your volunteering experience and your trip? Every moment of my 2 weeks in Delhi was the highlight. Would you recommend this program and our organization to others? yes/no YES!! Any comments and suggestions Thanks for everything. I was a little worried before coming over here because Volunteering Solutions is quite cheaper than other organizations but now I have no regrets choosing Volunteering Solutions at all.”
