“The website was very easy to navigate around and plenty of information including videos and photographs. The staff were easy to contact and answered all my queries and concerns over email. I enjoyed my program placement. I enjoyed sightseeing over weekends and playing with the street children at the park near their homes. The accommodation was comfortable and safe. The coordinators were helpful and information. I would surely recommend this program to anyone.”

“The orientation and Hindi classes were good I enjoyed them a lot and learned a lot as well. I liked the Indian food and everything was perfect. It&#39 s an easiest way to enjoy Indian culture. The accommodation was nice too. The weekend trips were amazing and best part of the cultural week. You get to see the most important things of the capital city listen to historical and cultural information that helps you understand everything and eat at great Indian restaurants. The coordinators were really very nice and they do everything they can to help you. I would surely recommend this experience to anyone.”

“The website was attractive and the options presented were clear and precise. It was well organized and attractive to view. The booklet was of good help. It provided me with a strong idea of what I was about to do. It helped me prepare me for the challenges I was about to face. The staff helped answer those questions which the booklet could not. I enjoyed my program placement. I was very new and enjoyable experience. The highlight of my volunteering experience was the bond I had developed with kids at the child care center. I was like an elder brother to them and they were like my siblings. The accommodation was better than expected. It was a nice place to live in and was a close resemblance to the security of my home. The meals were fantastic. The cook really did a wonderful job. The coordinator provided us with a lot of freedom and help. I could not have asked for more. I would surely recommend this program and organization to others.”

“The website is very detailed and appeared to be very professional. The My Account section had all the necessary information about our placement. The pre departure booklet was helpful with useful information. I loved my placement. The first few days were hard and quite overwhelming but the rest of my time was fantastic and so so good. The women were incredibly loving and enthusiastic. Our weekend trip to Jaipur was AMAZING and riding an elephant is something I will never forget. Accommodation was just what we wanted and the meals were also good. Our coordinators were extremely helpful and attentive. Felt we could go to Rajiv if we had any problems. I would recommend Volunteering Solutions as it is very well organized and a fantastic opportunity.”

“The website looked very professional there was lots of information and plenty of volunteering opportunities. The pre departure booklet was very helpful. The staff service was fantastic a prompt and informative response to any queries. I LOVED our placement.The women were fantastic and we learnt so much from them. I felt the welcome they gave was fantastic. The trip to Jaipur that Volunteering Solutions organized for us - it was like the most wonderful experience. Wonderful accommodation - the AC is particularly useful. Evening meals are incredibly tasty. Our coordinators were FANTASTIC! We couldn&#39 t have asked for anyone better. Volunteering Solutions is doing a good job so I would surely recommend them.”

“I liked the website and My Account section on website. The information section was complete and easy to access. The pre departure booklet was really helpful. The staff was great. Sahil and Amit answered every question within 2-3 days almost every time. This is assuring. Good Thing!! We liked the placement very much. The things that was not okay was modified by Amit and it&#39 s better now. The home patients visits are what I liked the most. We feel close to the people and we can dig in our knowledge to give the best treatment. I also liked the trip to Akshardham Temple was probably the most beautiful thing I have ever seen in my life. Accommodation and meals are good. The cooks are always on time and cooked for us on time. I will recommend Volunteering Solutions for sure and I think I will also do this again with Volunteering Solutions in a different country this time. For Palampur I will strongly recommend our university to send other intern here in the future.”

“What areas did you like about our website? I liked the video responses and the feedbacks given. How did you find the pre departure booklet given to you and the service of the staff in regards to answering your questions and helping you prepare? The staff Sahil and Saurabh gave very detailed and prompt responses. The Pre departure booklet was good. Did you enjoy working at your project / placement? Both Gyandeep school and Orphanage were excellent and fulfilling placements. I preferred working at the orphanage because I felt I could have made more of an impact on the kids. Accommodation and meals Bobby and his family have given me the most heartfelt welcome that I could ask for. Over the last 6 weeks I cannot think of a time I did not feel at home. The meals were AWESOME ! Coordinators Both Bobby and Amit were awesome. I spent majority of my time with Bobby and through our conversations I developed a strong friendship with him. Would you recommend this program and our organization to others? yes/no YES. I would definitely recommend the program and organization to others.”

“What areas did you like about our website? The website was easy to use and provides concise details about the different types of programs which i particularly found helpful. How did you find the pre departure booklet given to you and the service of the staff in regards to answering your questions and helping you prepare? The Pre departure booklet was very helpful as it allowed me to have a better understanding of the program. It was very detailed and contained all the information that I needed. Did you enjoy working at your project / placement? The placement was a great experience. The coordinator of the school I was placed at was a very kind and humble man. Also the children I was working with were delightful and eager to learn which was really nice to see. Accommodation and meals The accommodation was simple and better than I had expected it to be. The only problem was some power cuts which occurred within the first week. Nonetheless it was good. The meals were really nice and and its something that i will really miss about this place. Coordinator Our coordinator Rajiv was very helpful and a great person. When there was a problem he was really helpful in helping us and giving us solutions to it. He is easy to talk to and is a caring and joyful person. I am very grateful for all that he has done for us and for all his help throughout my stay here. Orientation Week The Orientation week was very helpful. The lessons we had on the history of India and places to visit in Delhi were really helpful. It really helped me during my stay here. I also enjoyed the language course a lot. We also visited different places in Delhi which I really liked and it also gave the volunteers an opportunity to get to know each other better. Would you recommend this program and our organization to others? yes/no YES!”
