“The website was very well explained the discussion of the programs the choices available. The staff was very well administered and very fast. I received prompt responses and they provided me all the information requested. Yes I enjoyed my placement a lot. My stay at the house was great the trips I took with my friend during the weekend were good too. We have felt very safe. The orphanage was the best experience without a doubt of the trip. Accommodation and meals were good. The in-country staff was good too and available whenever required. To know and spend time with the girls of the orphanage. It had been very rewarding and something very intense. I have loved being with the girls. I will recommend this program depending on the type of tour people want to take.”

“The website was easy to use. I liked watching the videos of other volunteers that had been here before and reading their testimonials. I would like to see more videos and testimonials from other volunteers. The pre-departure booklet was excellent. Even simple things such as electrical plug sockets are used in India were given. All questions were answered and Sahil was great. I enjoyed my placement very much It was challenging to start with but after a day I settled in. The children have changed my life and my outlook on life. Good food accommodation was very clean no complaints. Very welcoming staff I would love to return in the future. Meeting all the children at the street children programme was the highlight of this volunteering trip. Golden Triangle weekend tour to Jaipur and Agra was excellent.”

“The possibility to have an overview of our profile with the completed documents and those we still have to send is very helpful for me. I like the autonomy and the difference between the type of patients. I would have appreciated to be introduced a slower way to the clinic with some observation instead of getting directly to work in a new clinic with new patients in an unfamiliar language. Food is good according to me. The new house is beautiful. According to the internship and all the homework we have an internet booster would help us to get a better connection. Coordinators are good. Up to now my favorite volunteering experience was the home visit because I had the possibility to see how it was working. My favorite trip experience is the 2 days trek to Tirund. Yes I will recommend this program and organization. Although the house is bit fas from our placement so we can’t come back for dinner and it makes a long day but I like the view of the new house and the quiet place.”

“I liked to have an account on the website because I could access information from everywhere and plan my trip with all the Information I needed. The predeparture booklet was enough complete to help me to plan my trip. I really like all my placements so far. It’s very different from Quebec but I learned a lot of things and it helps me a lot to solve my problems on my own. The staff is very nice at every placement. The new volunteer house is much better in comparison to the old one. The only thing is that I have to work to do for University and I can’t do it at home because internet don’t work well. The food is perfect. All staff is very nice. They are always listening all our needs and they do everything to respond at them. I really like the new house. The location is perfect and I feel very good there. It’s a marvellous experience and I would recommend it without hesitation.”

“I like that we have our own account on the website it was easy to plan our trip. The pre-departure booklet help me a lot to learn about the Indian culture. The staff is very helpful and always there to answer to our questions about the internship internet Indian culture etc. I really like my different placement. They help me achieve the goal of my internship. The placement in the Paprola clinic is far and there is not a lot of patient to see. I really liked my experience in the school it was a big challenge and I think I learned a lot. The new volunteer house is really nice. The meals are good – is it possible to always have eggs in the morning? All the staff are very helpful and nice. I really liked the trek and the weekend trip to Manali.”

“The My account section of the website was probably the best. Everything was organized. Each page specific to the program also answered most FAQ. This was helpful. The pre-departure booklet also answered most of the questions I loved working at my project placement. Dr. Kalyan is brilliant gentleman. He is willing to answer all queries express in detail great person to work with if you need more experience and knowledge in this field. Accommodation and meals were more than satisfying no complaints. Bobby and Amit are very kind and helpful. They answer all the queries nicely which makes the whole stay very comfortable and friendly. The Medical clinic was the highlight of my trip. Before coming I thought to myself that I had enough knowledge about the field. But the first day of the clinic proved me wrong. There is so much to learn and Dr.Kalyan’s clinic is a great place to go. The program was worth it it is also cheaper than other programs would definitely recommend.”

“I really like the videos about the different countries VS offer to go on the website. Also the section of questions. Pre-departure booklet was excellent it says everything I need to come prepared to a country!! Very complete. I enjoyed my placement a lot! I learned very much from the children I enjoyed every second because I’ve lived the Indian Culture. Accommodation and meals were fine. Staff was very good. Every question was answered. I enjoyed working with the Children last week they made us a big party and gave us many presents. I will recommend this program and thanks for everything you are an experienced company!”

“I really liked all areas in website it is good organized and have all the information I need. The pre departure booklet was very useful it has good recommendations and information that you need to know. The staff was very quick answering all the questions. I really enjoyed my project. The children were awesome very kind cheerful and respectful. The accommodation was good and the meals were always delicious. All the staff was very helpful the whole time. It was a great experience it did fulfill my expectations. I would love to do it again sometime.”
