This rectangular end cap has an outside diameter of 76.2 x 50.8mm and a 2.0 - 4.0mm wall thickness. It is available in a Black coloured LDPE.

These rectangular tube inserts made of LDPE Plastic are durable and suitable for various applications. They serve as a cost-effective and easy-to-install finishing product for rectangular sections of metal tubing. The flexible ribs allow for a tight fit onto the inside of your tube or pipe.

The rectangular end caps are available in various sizes ranging from 10mm to 38mm. Larger sizes up to 150mm are also available. Rectangle shaped tube inserts are commonly used as finishing inserts for the end of tubes/posts and as end caps to protect the internal section of a tube.

“Good value. The fins are quite hard, making it quite a struggle to fit - hence the four star rating -, even with washing up liquid and a rather large rubber hammer (failed) and, subsequently a block of wood and a large engineer's hammer. May have been due to the cold weather but fitted eventually. The quality of tye plastic is obviously good, as it stood up to quite a thrashing. Won't come out in a hurry! Service from Vital Parts was extremely good, with a member of staff telephoning to say that they didn't have the exact size ordered and would the metric equivalent be acceptable (which it was). Would definately use Vital Parts if needed in the future. Recommended.”
