“Very good, although I have put it up a bit too late for this year's nesting, but hopefully it will be used next year. I have a number of this type of nest box and they are well used by the birds. They are woodpecker proof and if you add a "porch" to the tit boxes it prevents jays and magpies predating the chicks. The boxes last forever unlike wooden boxes, it's just a case of cleaning out before each nesting season. I suspect they are also used as winter roosts. So an all round winner, what's not to like!!!”
