“I find the Won't Grow mix excellent and loved by the birds and by me as it really does not germinate.
However whilst it is not directly under your control I have to comment adversely on the delivery. The young driver simply lifted the heavy sack over my threshold and lent it against my open front door haring off up the drive before I could stop him. I am 81 years old with very limited mobility and no flexibilty in my arms and shoulders. I also have a spinal problem. As I live alone I rely on neighbours for help in lifting etc. They were all out at work so as I could not have a wide open front door for some hours I had no choice but somehow to manhandle the sack inside. This has caused me further problems affecting my back, leaving me in considerable pain and discomfort. You may wish to alert your delivery agents of the diservice they do your company.”
