On the day I, I retrieved the tickets ready to come and saw that it was at 10 am, so we were unable to attend as it was almost 10 at that time.
Yes, I should have looked at the tickets closely, but your advert should have given the correct info. I may not have even purchased them if I had known it was at 10 am.
This is not a Complaint, nor am I asking for a refund, it is just a comment and a learning point for me and hopefully for yourselves too.”
Please accept our apologies for the confusion - the Winter Bird Watch events start at 10am, whereas the Summer Walks start later in the day, which the website information referred to. We have refunded you for your tickets and hope that you will join us for a Summer walk later in the year
