With 50% more fat than our traditional Suet Fat Balls, our Super Suet Fat Balls are a firm favourite with garden birds and an extremely popular choice in most peoples' gardens. They are a valuable source of energy for a wide range of species, with the Tit family especially enjoying them. Made up of mealworm powder, peanut & wheat flour, finely ground & mixed with the suet, giving a pale finish. Beware of cheap suet balls as they can be mixed with sand, grit or sweepings to bulk them out

The fat balls are very popular with a variety of birds but particularly with young starlings, gangs of 30-40 who visit frequently.

I love these fat balls as the birds gobble them up and don't leave any waste on the ground. Because they're eaten quickly, they don't have time to go mouldy either. Even my father commented on what good quality they are when he refilled the bird feeder for me. Much better value for money than cheap suet products which don't get eaten.

As ever the best in the market. None at all not eaten. I have to fill the container with six fat balls every other day and I have devised a method whereby neither squirrels, magpies, pigeons, jackdaws not starlings can get near them. So it's only the small birds. I put a flowerpot tray under the container so the sparrows and Robin's can help themselves to the bits that fall off. Sadly it does prohibit the woodpecker from getting his fill though!

I find it hard to believe that birds have preferences but, I bought some fat balls in a local shop, which they all ignored! When I put balls from vine house outside they were quickly demolished! Not putting them out in this heat, but the will definitely be a regular feed when it is cooler! Very good purchase. Janet

You often find bird feed from discount stores & some garden centres are filled with ‘filler’ ingredients whereas our feed is perfectly mixed to offer the best nutritional balance.

The birds really love these fat balls, they're very good quality and also good value when buying the larger quantities - which is necessary as they get eaten so quickly!
