We are sorry to hear that the suet balls have arrived damaged and with some of them squashed as this is not how we would expect them to arrive, there is a replacement box of 50 super suet fat balls on its way to you
“Really like the suet balls, only down side is trying to tip them into a smaller contain to take to feeders but please don't start putting seeds inside you are the only firm that seams to do suet. Keep up your good product”
“I think I might need another box of suet fat balls soon. The birds are gobbling them up so fast this year. The sparrows are quite happy hanging upside down to get to them. Not something I had noticed before.
There is also a small flock of long tailed tits that come regularly. The bird feeder is outside of my kitchen window and there is very few times during the day when it is not being used. Luckily, the squirrel got tired of sliding down the feeder pole - I had put vaseline on it!”
