There are so many ways of feeding these suet treats - from a mesh peanut feeder (with or without peanuts), mixed with seed or simply on their own from a bird table or the ground. They are a favourite of Blackbirds, Robins, Song Thrushes and Starlings.

“In general well received by birds, especially blackbirds. As live food is expensive I hace added the insect-suet pellets to the live feeder when the day’s ration of meal worms is eaten and have been happy to find that the small birds eg blue tits seem happy to eat these.”
