“Early days, as this is a switch from Fat Balls. I am using the pellets with the protection of a feeder guardian. The smaller birds are starting to visit regularly, where previously they were constantly intimidated by the Jackdaws. It's encouraging to see the Starlings being able to reach through the guardian. I actually out a mix of pellets and peanuts into the mesh feeder. The bird consumption is virtually all pellets!”
