“Delivered quickly, the birds were very appreciative. Demanding blackbirds feeding a brood of young ones (they had soaked worms), would come into the kitchen to find them if I was a bit late in feeding them. Sparrows and young starlings crowded the bird feeder on our open door, blackbirds came into the kitchen to hoover up after them. Now the robin is back whistling for them. The field (?) mice rather like them too.”
“The starlings and sparrows love these. I soaked them during breeding time to make them softer for the babies. There are always clean plates at the end of the day!!”
