Our Ultimate Energy with Mealworms contains sunflower heart chips, sunflower hearts, chopped peanuts, kibbled maize, pinhead oats and dried mealworms (3%). A bird food recipe designed to give your garden birds that much needed energy. This Ultimate Energy with Mealworms mixed bird food can be fed in seed feeders, on bird tables and ground feeders. Please note that this is quite a fine mix of seed and the seeds may get sticky in very damp conditions.

“All the birds love it - the robins and blackbirds pick out the mealworms and the spadgers and pigeons like the grainy wheaty bits, and the mice and voles hoover up the dust.”

“Since using Vinehouse foods we seem to have attracted a wider range of birds including occasional visits from a juvenile goldfinch, a woodland warbler and a woodpecker. Our regular birds, sparrows, starlings, blue tits, coal tits also devour this particular mix. As always, it is well packaged and a swift delivery. This mix with worms and the one with suet pellets are my 'go to' foods now!”
