“we have a wide variety of birds who eat the sunflower hearts from long tailed tits up to collared doves. Larger birds have been discouraged from using our feeder by use of our DIY screening around the feeder - larger birds, mostly Wood Pigeons still congregate around the base area picking up discarded bits of sunflower”
“I am very pleased with my delivery of sunflower hearts. It arrived promptly considering the difficult times we are in at the moment.Sunflower hearts are the most popular food of my garden birds.Thank you Vine House Farm.”
“Always a favourite with my garden birds, Goldfinches seem to prefer them to Niger Seed, although quite wasteful in tossing out quite a few seeds but the ground feeders then benefit. During the winter I have at least 15 goldfinches on my two feeders.”
“The Vine House sunflower seeds are always of high quality and all we ever use. Most visitors to the house are surprised by the number and variety of birds in our garden, so that must prove that we're doing something right!”
