“The product is excellent. However the wrong seed was sent but it was collected and replaced the following day. However the live food 6 boxes- 5 boxes all live food was dead upon arrival. Informed company but no response which is unusual.”
“Being an avid bird-lover and wanting to welcome them to my garden, I purchased this mix after a friend recommended it. I was so very delighted - the mix is fantastic and such high quality. The birds love it, particularly my ground feeders such as the Robin and Hedge Sparrow and indeed the Wrens. The raisens are significantly larger and plumper than the luxury bags for human consumption. I do put it in my seed feeders too and it works equally well. Thank you.”
“I have to say that this is a very good product which the birds love the only trouble is that Vine House Farms carrier has changed to DHL and since then deliveries have been rather hit and miss if deliveries are late it is bad but they also loose your items which is very frustrating. If Vine House Farms product was not excellent I would have left them I therefore recommend when ordering don't count on it arriving within 24 or 48 hours.”
